In case you did not know, Emerald was the enhanced version of Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire which was originally released on the Nintendo Gameboy Advance all the way back in Hmm, well no it is not. It is very well done and while it does take a bit of work to install, I do think that it is worth checking out if you are a fan of the series.

I will be honest and say that if you are not someone who has played through Ruby, Sapphire and the main version of Emerald. First, you have to choose the character either male or female. Later your task will be to hunt the other Pokemon with your skills.

You will get the various screens in the game such as battler screen, menu screen, and configuration. In the setting, you can change the control setting and display setting. As the player explores this world, they will encounter different terrains, such as grassy fields, forests, caves, and seas in which different Pokemon species reside.

There are two main goals within the games: following through the main storyline and defeating the Elite Four and Pokemon Master Lance to become the new Champion. Pokemon Gold ROM and Pokemon Silver ROM are played from a third-person, top-down perspective, with players directly navigating the protagonist around the fictional universe, interacting with objects and people.
